Welcome aboard! – IROVAN Living Collection provides our website as a service to all customers. We want your shopping experience to be as enjoyable and seamless as possible that please review the following basic rules which will guide you thoroughly enjoy shopping at convenience.
Please note that it will be a default agreement to follow and be bound by these terms when shopping on our website. – Or else, please do not use this website.
IROVAN Living Collection reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of the website following any such changes establishes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed.
Please note the product colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on your own monitor when browsing the www.ironvan.co.nz website. Please contact us for a showroom visit appointment if you are not confident to place an order online.
Seating (Chair, Couch, Armchair):
We strongly recommend customers to place orders after experiencing all seating range products – please do contact us for a warm reception at our showroom!
All prices on our website are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) inclusive of GST of 15%. We reserve the right to modify prices shown on our online store at any time without prior notice. Prices are fixed upon order confirmation.
Although we take every effort to ensure accurate pricing, any incorrect pricing as a result of human or system error will not be honoured. Delivery quote option displayed as $0.00 does not indicate actual cost – a quote will be provided later which must be paid before delivery of goods.
- Product out of stock: we have shipments regularly that we could arrange the stock in containers for you, please contact us for more information. – unless it is a discontinued product and we reserve the right make these changes at any time that without notice.
- Stock on hold: we could only hold your desire goods for a short period that we stand by all orders will be taken on first come first served basis and customers are advised to place their orders ASAP to avoid disappointment.
- Customized Product: some ranges of our products could be tailored as your preference such as colours, upholstery materials and some slate products. Please do contact us if you wish to have some unique pieces.
Customized products are non-refundable once order been placed which refers to our Cancelations, Returns & Refunds Policy.
- Order online – Bank Transfer ONLY:
Placing an order will be automatically created once you successfully complete checkout on our website, and you will receive an email confirmation from us with an order number and the invoice.
Please make sure you have included Order number as your payment reference and notify IRONVAN via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Failed in notifying us may result in delay of processing the order or closure of the order.
Please note: It is your responsibility to ensure all contact details in the order are correct, particularly email, phone number and delivery address.
- Pay at the store: you are welcomed to visit our showroom on appointment which will definitely help you make a decision after experience the products.
We will arrange EFTPOS machine (that surcharge may occur if use credit card) for payments but Cashless! – We prefer this payment method that it is also a chance to have better understanding of our products and more information about the services between IRONVAN and all customers.
Cancelation, Return & Refund:
It is important for customers to check the dimension of your furniture purchase to ensure that it will fit through all doorways, lift access and entrances. Please choose carefully that we strongly recommend taking measurements and being mindful before making a purchase. We are not obliged to refund under the Consumers Guarantee Act – but we will meet our obligations under the Act if goods are faulty.
- No refunds or exchanges on Clearance/Discontinued Products or Products selling with conditions being noticed before purchase.
- There is no refund policy offer for customer ‘change-of-mind’ – Please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange if you change your mind or make a wrong selection. It includes if you simply change your mind, if the item does not fit into designated space.
- It is not our policy to allow returns or exchanges with the exception of faulty or damaged goods.
- Cancelation: We shall not accept cancelations for any customized orders for change of mind by a customer, unless we choose to do so at our absolute discretion. Deposit paid for customized order is non-refundable.
You may have the right to cancel your sales order or pre-order If you agree to the following:
- In the case of an ‘in-stocked’ item or ‘pre-ordered item’ which hasn’t been dispatched – you will be refunded in full for the amount has paid less a 20% of total order value as restocking fee to cover IRONVAN Living Collection loss of sales and administrative expenses has incurred.
- You will have no further claim to the cancelled product.
