At IRONVAN, we carefully collect and assemble stunning furniture sourced globally to keep up with the trend or simply to bring in classical designed furniture to your day-to-day life. We believe that furniture shapes the space it located and in return the space shapes the character of furniture.
Pick up your goods:
IRONVAN Living Collection encourages consumers to pick up their items free of charge from Auckland warehouse where possible.

- Online shopping please cross ‘Pick-up’ at checkout – Enter your ideal date for goods pick-up in the requested field at checkout, and we will try our best to cope with it.
- Please allow an up to 3 working day notice for furniture items – as some furniture comes with flatpack requires assembly and some large pieces we will do a ‘open & check’ to make sure our goods are in ideal conditions.
- Accessories & Small items pick-ups will be available the next day when in stock – WPC and Bamboo Shoe Cabinets are excluded which requires assembly.
- Pre-order goods: Storage fees will apply if goods are not collected within 2 weeks of arrival for collection.
- Please note: we will not be able to held responsible for any goods damages caused by improper carry or transit.
Delivery, Assembly and Installation:
IRONVAN currently provides a full assembly, delivery and installation service for all customers in Auckland only. This is a premium service that our reliable third-party transport company will deliver the items you have purchased, assembly on site and install in your desire position at your interior space.
Standard Delivery Service:
- Our full Assembly, Delivery and Installation service is provided for Aucklanders only. The delivery service cost may vary depending on the weight, size, location and some other difficult accesses from different properties. If you would like to confirm the delivery price of your items prior to purchasing, please send us an enquiry to our email: firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us at 09 600 3477. We will let you know an exact quote and a suggested delivery date.
- Please note that all initially supplied booking dates are tentative only, and are not guaranteed. On the day prior to the delivery, you will be contacted to confirm your delivery booking but the exact delivery times is not possible. Should you not confirm your delivery with the carrier your booking will be cancelled. The delivery company will update you on the arrival and the delivery of your furniture via phone call or SMS.
- Please sign on the receipt when delivery service has done properly – check the products thoroughly that sign if you are completely satisfied with the condition of your order. If your order is damaged during transit, please photograph the damage and report this to us via email. We will provide the further solution ASAP to help.
- Pre-order products: For Pre-ordered products, we cannot guarantee arrival date due to nature of marine shipping procedure. Current average lead time for Pre-Order is 10-12weeks from date of deposit paid. IRONVAN will endeavor to keep client updated with shipping status. Once shipment arrives, client will be notified by phone calls, SMS and emails to pick up or arrange delivery. We can only keep your goods in our dispatch center for 2 weeks free of charge. Stock charge may occur if exceeding this period, the specific cost may vary depending on cubic and days.
- Our delivery service is excluded packaging recycling that the driver will leave all packaging behind.
Other Deliveries (Rural, Outer Rural, Reginal):
IRONVAN could also arrange delivery to the nominated address anywhere in New Zealand. Please always provide the most accurate delivery information when shopping on our website.
Courier Delivery – IRONVAN offers a nationwide courier delivery on small items such as bamboo racking, coat hanger and small lamp table or other accessories. This delivery rate is per item, we will inform you the cost.
Freight Delivery, drop off only – We ship only within New Zealand. For large and oversize (exceed 3 cubic meters) goods deliveries outside of Auckland, we will let you know the cost. If there is any issue with the costs quoted by us, we may offer the alternative of arranging your own freight. Please note that the freight company does not unwrap your goods or remove packaging, they will drop off only.
- Product is always checked before handing over to the freight carrier, if goods y damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving delivery. Please provide images as proof.
- We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act if any faulty products you received.
